Never used them for towing but I never would. Driving behind one of their trucks on the 441 in Bellevue and the amount of black smoke coming out of the exhaust was literally blinding. People were having to stop and wait for the smoke to dissipate in order to keep driving. It was very inconsiderate so I can’t imagine this business is very ethical.
im verry unhappy with big oak my car broke down and i called for a tow and thay sugested there shop now i dont no ocala so i agreed. when thay suposted to fix the car it onley made it 1/4 mile from the shop and broke down again .so far iv wated 5 days for them to fix the car and every day thay tell me tomorrow. with hotel and repars iv spent $1400 for them to do nothing.now thay wont even let me get my stuff out of my car so i can cut my losses.this is a big rip off and it just isant right to do to somone just cuz there from... read more
Only towing company I will use their drivers are courteous and very helpful prices will be anybody else's in town
