I have purchased a few sets of tires from this Big O location, but the experience I had this last visit was my last for Big O. I went early morning to get a rotate and balance done, and I had a nail in one of my tires that needed to be fixed. They said I was going to have to leave my vehicle there which I was fine with. I get a text late afternoon saying your vehicle is ready. So I get a lift over there and they say "hey we couldn't rotate two of your tires and all of your hubcaps are striped.
