Always good service. Very knowledgeable. They also do other work than tires.
I came into Big O Tires in Port Kells because I felt like my tires were just feeling off. I was seen right away for an inspection and turns out that one of my tires was disintegrating. My tires are only 2.5 years old and I was informed that the previous owner sold me discontinued tires. The gentleman helping me (Patrick, the new owner) said that he would still give me a discount because of the short period of time I owned my (crappy) tires.
