Purchased new tires and upgraded to larger tires. My Jeep was making so much noise that I thought it needed wheel bearing. After getting the Big O big foots my Jeep is quieter than when it was brand new. The look of the larger new tires is awesome. The service advisor’s recommendation was spot on! Thank you Big O. I now love driving my Jeep Rubicon again!

Happy with the service I received
These guys are a scam. They would not warranty my tires if I didn’t do $1500 in shocks and struts that have been inspected by three other shops that told me they are just fine. Should have nothing to do with the cupping issue caused by the faulty tires. I wish they would’ve just warranted the tires for me, but now they’ve lost a customer for life. 25 years of loyalty down the drain.
