Aaron the manager provides very impressive customer service. Explained everything thoroughly using measurements from my vehicle, made sure the waiting room experience was enjoyable for my kids, and helped me get some discounts on the service. I got a full set of new tires and new brakes. The whole team worked together well and helped me feel welcome. Store Manager, Ryan Mathena and his crew at the Payson store went above and beyond to help my wife and I work through a tire air pressure sensor issue we were having with her Jeep. Ryan was patient, prompt, and kept us in the loop while they worked to solve the issue. They were more than fair with the pricing on this issue.
