This Big O is a joke. WARNING DO NOT LET THESE LYING CLOWNS WORK ON YOUR CAR. THERE DIAGNOSIS WAS A JOKE. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO OR HOW TO FIX IT. THEY CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER WHAT LIE THEY JUST TOLD YOU. THEY QUOTE A PRICE, AND THEN WHEN YOU GO PAY THE PRICE WAS RAISE $300.00 EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNEDUCATED MECHANICS, COMMUNICATION WAS POOR, AND TO TOP IT OFF MANAGEMENT REALLY DOESN'T CARE... RUN BABY RUN

They made getting my vehicle serviced easy and kept my truck clean
I was very pleased with the assistance I got from Big O in Payson. I had a flat on my trailer and I couldn't get it all the way to the shop but at 10 minutes to 5 they were gracious enough to come to me, grab the tire and were able to order a new one the next day. Then they helped me again to replace it. Evan and both the service techs were professional and helpful. I have always been impressed with Big O and I'm a lifelong customer.
