Was way better service when Tim owned it. New owners aren’t very welcoming to new and old customers. Spent over 3 grand on new tires when Tim owned the shop and he was great with the purchase. Came back a few months later after Tim retired as I had a screw in my tire and these new guys wanna charge to get it fixed. Every tire shop I’ve been to allows free repairs if you’ve bought from them. A simple screw in the tire, a quick fix should not warrant another fee after spending quite a bit not that long ago.
