I had a blow out on a rural road about 8 km from Ladysmith. I had them tow me to Big O. Rahul took the tire off to check and there was a huge chunk out of the tread – unrepairable. Car has weird size tires that had to come up from Victoria. I had tire insurance; Rahul contacted the company, then drove 13 km out to my place so I could sign the paperwork. The next day, when the tire came off, they found the rim was pierced as well – it had to come from Vancouver. And Rahul drove to my house again to sign the revised paper work... read more
Good price for oil change. Prompt, efficient, polite service.
Went to get 4 tires balanced and had never been here before to start. And when i first showed up the staff still came and helped carry some of my wheels inside the shop without hesitation. 10/5 stars for customer service. Along with the good pricing and quality of work done in a short amount of time i would totally come back again and recommend to everyone who needs any tire work done to come here:)
Big O Tires always has great customer service and is great at balancing and mounting tires. Their work is very professional and worth every single penny. I would definitely recommend Big O Tires to everybody that needs new tires or just to get them balanced.
