I had the worst experience when it comes to customer service in mankind! I was going to explained what happened with Randy/Big O Tires on Kingsway, but saw he's had bad reviews from other customers which makes me know he is the worst! I just had the absolute worst customer service experience of my 55 year old life with Randy the Kingsway location of big O tires. My 18 year old daughter, who is had a license for less than a couple months was borrowing my two year old Tesla. She called to tell me the tire light has come on and I explain to her that I need to top it up with her every three or four weeks. she could bring it into any tire place. I had a very disappointing experience at the Big O Tires J. Petersen location in Burnaby. I have been a loyal customer at this location going back to when they used to be located on Edmonds Street. I go there twice a year minimum to change my tires from winters to all seasons, and vice-versa for almost 8 years. Service had always been good to excellent, every time - until today.
