Absolutely horrible service and mechanical work. I had stored my van from October 2024 to May 2025. I was told by “Deb” that one of my back swing door windows had cracked due to a cold snap. This was in early April I was informed of this. She had stated that cardboard had been put in, and had also been taped, so no water would get in. I sold the van in the first week of May 2025. I had an unexpected breakdown on my way to Langley and called Big O Tires in Agassiz for help. They sent a tow truck right away. Once I got to their shop, they fixed my tire right away and got me back on the road quick. The cost was reasonable, and they were professional and friendly. Many thanks to the team at Big O Tires for helping me in a pinch. Excellent service. Highly recommended!
They managed to make room for a flat repair as soon as they opened. Highly recommend Big O Tires, reasonably priced too!
