Big O Tires - Avoid!! Had our oil changed at Big O in Elizabeth last week. Just noticed oil dripping from under our XTerra. Checked the drain nut and it wasn't even hand tight. Oil was dripping from the sump. Thankfully it didn't fall out and cause an oil slick all over Elizabeth (and ruin our engine). Avoid like the plague.
Car Owner I first went to Big O in Elizabeth to get my truck aligned and balanced. The mechanic did the alignment in about 20 min. I drove my truck and it was pulling hard to the right. I brought my truck back and they rotated the tires and re-aligned it. I drove it again and it still pulled to the right. I brought it back again and they said it must be a problem with the tires (even though I spent almost $1500.00 on top of the line Toyo MT). New Big Foot AT's I went and got tire put on to my SUV. I went with the Big Foot AT. I looked at the Michelins, Hankooks, Cooper, and Bridgestones before I decided on the Big O's. Service was great, they had me in-n-out and I was on my way. The tires are great. Very little road noise for such an aggressive, solid feel, and an aggressive look that I like. With all of that including the warranty that they carry and the price they were I am very pleased.

Very Happy Customer I have been going to Big O Tires in Elizabeth for about 5yrs now and not a single complaint. They mount my tires without trying to sell me theirs. When I do buy their tires they gave me my options and let me decide instead of pushing the higher priced tires on me. I can call for a quote on work done and they honor it. There was even a time that I stopped in there when they were busy, with a trailer load of hay that was going to a horse rescue. Big O Tires gives me great service. I purchased snow tires after extensive shopping 3 years ago. I come back and have them mounted a couple of times a year and the service has always been very fast and very good. The last several times Raul has taken the time to see they are done timely and right and rotated. He even cleans the tires off and greets me when I return from my brief shopping experience at Walmart next door.
Great Customer Service I bought snow tires there 3 years ago and have them put on and taken off at least 3 times a season. They are always fast and very customer service orientated. Each time I am there Raul takes extra care to see its done right. Unfortunately it seems only the individuals that have a bad experience or have unrealistic expectations take the time to write a review. The people that are happy go on about their business and keep coming back.
Very Poor service I bought 4 tires from them, and the BS warranty. This Big O wou ld not honor the warranty and gave my pregnant wife the run around. I felt like I was in Mexico not the United States when I went their. To top it off, most of the employee's spoke broken english and gave me an attititude.
