awesome service The guys at big o are totally awesome!!!!!! They provide excellent service always with a smile. They complete there services very quickly and they make sure it gets done right. I highly recommend to any one to take there vehicles down to the guys at big o on Isleta.
horrible management Horrible service bought new tires and rims had a screw in one tire took in to get fixed and when they were mounting it something was wrong they took it back off the rim and the bead was trashed the manager said there was nothing he could do the machine and the worker didn't do anything wrong but I drove in on the tire and it was fine then they got an attitude and start getting mad and yelling at me like I did it I suggest not taking your car to them
Only at Isleta location!!! – Always treated like family. Jeff and his guys are great. I only trust them. Glad to know we have such great people like this in the South Valley!
