Unacceptable Customer Service. This is probably an honest little shop with good mechanics but make no mistake, their customer service will make other shops in town more desirable. After waiting 90 minutes for my oil change appointment, I was called up to discuss the alignment. I had no concerns and was told my car would be ready in 5-10 minutes. I took my 2016 Toyota Tundra Platinum to Bio O Tires on Peachtree Dr. on Saturday 9/17/2016 to get my existing tires mounted on new rims. I took a walk around of the vehicle and I noticed Big O damaged my driver’s door down to the metal, damaged two of my brand new rims and managed to damage 3 out of 4 of my factory rims. Only 1 star because I can't give 0. Worthless. Derek called the cops on me after his little twerp toady threw my keys at me. Yes, you read that correctly - assaultive, combative and not very helpful in getting my vehicle back on the road. You would THINK that a mechanic who works at such a supposedly reputable shop would know that, in order to save the battery life, one would put the vehicle in park and put the key all the way in the "off" position.
