Big O Tires is the only place in town I trust to take care of my car. The team (Spencer, Monty, Evan) always go above and beyond and make sure I’m informed of everything going on with my car. They are the best!

My partner and I were traveling through Columbia, MO when we saw that a tire on our RV was compromised. We found Big O Tires located at 3915 Peachtree Dr in Columbia MO. Had an issue with my car regarding AC not blowing cold. Had my car serviced at the Springfield MO location and got back after my drive and it had went out again. So, I brought my car to the team here announced. We had some hiccups but Spencer and Monte at this location are real professionals. Got my problem fixed and I am very appreciative of these guys and their professionalism and how they helped making my issue a priority. We don't live in Columbia and had no clue where to go for a tire. Had something happen to our tire and needed to get it changed before an hour and a half drive. Heard about Big O Tires through a Mizzou Facebook page. Monte talked to us over the phone and got us in the next day. He was professional and honest.
