We were travling and had a flat tire on a Saturday evening. In need of a tire and most every place was closed, we called and by some miracle Mr. Cummings had what we needed in stock and installed then the same day. Considering we were pulling a camper just passing thru, he saved our botoms. That was the nicest B
Eric was awesome and so was Luis. They helped me with a nail in my tire and got it fixed in 15 mins. Great service!
Shout out to Eric and the team at big o tires they got my truck riding smooth from oil change struts and tires all in one day and some rear brakes highly recommend
Great customer service in my opinion, I can be a difficult customer when it comes to expensive repairs but they always keep cool and explain everything I ask. I research what they tell me and it always checks out and I usually drop my car off on a day off and am able to just come by later in the day with phone calls and updates. I never paid before work was done and they let me know if i need more work done without trying to keep my car hostage.
