He was so respectful, answered all my questions, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, helped me and made me feel like they were going to take excellent care of me and my car. Good service will definitely go back!!
My wife broke down in Folsom. We have AAA so she had the car towed to the Jackson shop. Patrick at the shop told me if we could get the car there today he would try and get it repaired the same day. We got the car there and he called me at 4:00 pm and said it was done and we could pick it up. Patrick was great and you couldn't ask for better service. Thank You PATRICK!!!!
