Josh Sayre and the other one in the desk helped me alot today 9/6/26. I got my 4 tires replaced, brake oil replaced, ac and air filter replaced, total of 2hrs and half waiting which is reasonable for me. They got little snack bar for customers, i also love that i can freely watch my car during the services. About eight months ago, I had my vehicle aligned here and purchased Big O’s 3-year alignment program. After about eight months, my front tires developed severe outside-edge wear. Because my vehicle has factory air-ride suspension with a specific Alignment Mode, I returned September 1 and asked the store to check the alignment at both parked height and in factory Alignment Mode.
