My service manager Jaime Whitford was polite/welcoming, quick, and knowledgeable about the services. My service tech Rickie Burchett was fast but careful while working and inspecting. Assistant Manager Kyle Reynauld was also courteous, friendly and takes the time to chat with the customers as they wait to see if they need anything. All around great service and experience.
Dropped my kiddos off at school this morning to notice my tire pressure gauge was on. I stopped in to have them check and they found a nail lodged into my tire. Thankfully they have free tire patching! My other issue was I was already in a hurry to make it to the airport to pick up my brother in law. They got my car in super speedy and had me back on the road SAFELY in no time! Always a pleasure with these guys and trust me I’ve dealt with them a lot.. I have terrible tire luck 🤣 Thanks again Big O!
Tried to get the $15 oil change was told it'll be $40 & 3 hour wait. Came back next day 2 hour wait so I opted to make an appointment for the next day. Showed up to my appointment to be told its a 2 hour wait, what's the purpose of the appointment? Discount tire is better.
I came in with a flat tire. Jamie’s team swapped it out with the spare so I could take the tire back to the original store where we bought it from. What an amazing store! Thank you Jamie
Josh and Marquise fixed my tire for me even though it was after hours before they could get to it. They didn't charge me.
