Extremely friendly staff. How can you not like people with pitbull bumper stickers!? Brittany is fantastic
Great service from the staff, they got me in and out just as promised. I went in for a rim swap and was thinking I had to schedule an appointment but the staff was able to squeeze me in. They did and excellent job on the installation and put my old rim carefully back in my trunk. Thank you
AJ at Big O Tires really helped me out and went above and beyond! He explained everything thoroughly when I had questions, replaced my tires, packed up my spare, and even offer a discount for services I was unfortunately not able to afford at the moment, but it was still a kind gesture! He even cut off the stupid underpart that drags on the ground for me, which NO ONE had offered to do at any other establishment I’d gone to. Thank you so much!
