Great service…
went in to have my tire checked. It turns out i hat a irreparable hole in the tire. I wanted to run Nito, the same that I had on, but I was introduced to the Big O A/T. They look good and are quiet! My experience was good, service was fast and felt honest. Thank you
Kevin The Manager a big O Tires is an amazing human being. Kevin staff are hard workers and are willing to help with my Automotive tire Needs. The big O Tire Credit Card allows for 12 months interest free if you go over a certain amount the other option is six months free if it’s under the 12 month free amount I just can’t say enough about the team that Kevin has over on I 17 and Northern Avenue amazing human beings. Kevin has helped my entire family.
Got my alignment done here after changing out my front and back end. 2 months later loud clunking sound coming from the back driver side. Turns out they didn't tighten the struts to torque properly (the absolute most basic requirement). Minimum wage employees don't care once the job is "done". Discount tire does alignments now so I learned my lesson thinking this place could accomplish the most basic of tasks.
Great service and resolved an issue I had been having for a while.
