I’ve had a great experience with Andrew, the Service Manager at Big O Tires. He always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and that I’m comfortable with the service being performed. I normally take my Cadillac to the dealership because it can be a sensitive vehicle when it comes to repairs and maintenance. Andrew worked with me to find a set of tires that met my specs and price point, and kept me updated on the progress. They did a great job and took care of my concerns.

Good folks.
They were able to help out as much as they can and report issues regarding my car. Orders for parts do take over an hour unless they send someone to pick up the parts. Though I ended up paying a lot to get my car fixed, at least they offered to align my steering wheel for free when I noticed it was off-centered
