took my car in for an alignment 2 months ago then my husband hit a pothole bent the inner tie rod he fixed it he took it back for and alignment and they did it he brought it home I drove it and noticed that the car was pulling to the passenger side bad so my husband took the tire off and noticed that a bolt on the inner tie rod was loose and he took it back and bitched about it they fixed it now its doing the same thing what should I do
Had a puncture happen 10 minutes before closing. Levi fixed me up in freezing weather and got me back on the road. Very cool and fast work. Saved me from a miserable roadside tire change. Thank you!
The staff are very nice and very patient I went and had my tires changed and they did a great job And if you’re not wanting to wait, they are willing to call you so you can leave and they will let you know when your vehicle is done
Very nice service, but HUNDRED$ of bucks more than another local shop.
Stopped here when I was on my way to Utah because my ride was feeling a little off. They got me in quickly and I was able to use Wi-Fi and get work done on my laptop while I waited. Very friendly staff. Explained the work they did for me. Just as I expected as a Big O customer. Thank you.
