I’m very pleased and extremely satisfied with doing business at this Big O tires store. Raphael is such a great guy, I drive from Sedona to get my vehicle needs done here. Very transparent and love the waiting area, very pleasant and thanks for coffee and doughnuts and fruit made available for customers.
I had a great customer service here when I had a nail in my tire after work. Ty guys!
I had a great experience at Big O Tires , they were all really nice and gave me a great experience, patched up my car and got me back on the road quickly .
Just had the best experience ever. Was immediately greeted by staff. Rafael helped me and explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle. Would highly recommend this store.
