I hit something and my tire was leaking. I called Big-O as they were the closest to me at the time (less than 2 miles). A very nice man told me come on over and he’d get me taken care of. On my way, my tire shredded so I called back to see if someone could come help me change the tire and get me over to them (now only less than a block away). Horrible experience. First and last time here. Appointment was at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn't even pull the vehicle in until 3pm. I had read a couple reviews on here that some customers had an issue with them cross threading the oil drain plug and big-O denying any responsibility. Seems to be an ongoing problem, I was told the same thing. Won't ever come here again.
