This is now my “Go to” Tire shop. And Dakota is my preferred person to work with here! She is the absolute Best!!! In all my years of going to shops. I’ve never had anyone be as honest and communicate as good as she does. She is just as knowledgeable as the dudes if not more!! She helped my daughter figure out the perfect wheel setup for her 4Runner to get the exact look she wanted. This shop is also fast!!
Honest, reliable, capable, etc. all the things you would expect as the bare minimum and so much more. These guys are legit. Honored a warranty even though the case was questionable, put my spare on at no charge, and gained a lifetime customer.
Customer service was good. I have an EV and it cost $199 for an alignment, where it would be $139 for a regular car. Not sure what makes an EV cost more, and wasn't given a sufficent answer. Time will tell if it was a good investment.
