Courteous and honest.
I thought my tires were out of balance because I was bouncing all over the place while driving. Decided to stop and asked for them to check my balance. The guy working said, Let me take it for a test drive first and I'll know if they are out of balance or not. So he took it for a test drive and said tires are balanced. Unfortunately, it was my suspension that was shot.) Very nice customer service! This is where I'd go again!
