Swung by and just had a couple of questions and the staff was super helpful. They were able to direct me where I needed to go.
I went to Big o tire in Hurricane yesterday, October 12th. One of my tires was getting low, they got me in right away And found a screw in my tire. They removed the screw, plug. Hole, aired up the tire. It did not charge me anything! To said you are good to go. I encourage those who need that kind of service, with a smile, go to BIG O TIRE 👍❤
Huge thank you to Big O Tires for helping me out in a pinch! They were able to get my tire fixed at the last minute, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the quick service and willingness to help. A special shoutout to Shawn for going above and beyond and making sure I was taken care of! It’s so nice to find a place that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend Big O Tires and will definitely be back. Thanks again, Shawn! 😊
We were on vacation in Utah and happened to stop by Big O Tires in Hurricane after finding a screw in our tire. They fixed the leak quickly, and the service was friendly and professional. We really appreciated their help and getting us back on the road so fast. Highly recommend! Daniel from Czechia.
Great service and friendly people. I came in with a flat tire that had the valve stem fail. They replaced the valve stem and helped me put the tire back on quickly. They did all of that at No Charge! I highly recommend this Big O Tire store!
