The team was having a tough day during my visit and they handled it well IMO. Squeaky wheels all over the showroom floor were raising havoc and the staff handled each with professionalism and grace. I appreciate the Big-O employees and the services they provide. Good karma is heading your way!

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a big o tires and I’ve been to one that stole all my oem lug nuts before customer service was mediocre at best and it took them over an hour to let me know the results of my vehicle inspection not to mention they gave me the wrong vehicle inspection and I didn’t realize until after I had already gotten to the dmv and waited until my number was called to renew my tags I then had to drive all the way back over there to get the right inspection sheet I will never ever in m... read more
I took the time to make an appointment for 1130 for an alignment bin sitting here for an hour. My truck is still not on the machine. It was empty when I pulled up they put somebody else’s vehicl on it. Why take the time to set up an appointment when it doesn’t matter, I will not be coming back here again.3hr still here with an appointment truck is still not finished
