I was in The process of selling my vehicle and I was finishing cleaning it up before it was to be shown and test drove in the afternoon. I noticed my tire had a screw through the tread and knew I had to get it taken care of. I logged on the big O website and was able to schedule an appointment early in the morning and was able to bring my vehicle down, and it was taken care of in less than an hour. It truly appreciated the staff and how they took care of the situation and even provided me with the screw that was in the tire... read more
The Firestone store has always taken great care of me and my Soul. They are always busy but polite, informative and helpful no matter how busy they are.
Never resets the tire montering system after getting 1200 in new tires system indicating an air ssue all they have to do is take 2 minutes to use the tool and reset the system. They had the truck for over 24 hours then when I came back made me wait for 30 min before they reset the system with the tool. Not really good service. Waisting my time having to come back for something they should always do as part of the service on new tires and rotated tires.
Great customer service. Miguel is fantastic!!
