Came in for an oil change and a transmission flush. They must not understand what a flush is because they dropped the pan and drained the fluid and do not do flushes! I hope they learned the difference today!!! A flush gets all of the fluid from torque converter, dropping the pan will not! This is my first time here and I will never go back to another one. Now I have to have an actual flush on top of what the did.
Nice and courteous. Wouldl do business with them again.
