Excellent service from their staff.
First of all they put the wrong sensors in my truck and could not get them to read to the computer so that caused a major inconvenience to me and now I have to have it all replaced to the correct sensors. I do have to say that the owner was amazing and returned my money but the counter help needs work to the point that he upset my son to the point of a yelling match. I don’t blame my son for standing up for me. The owner was amazing and have high respect for her
Fast & great service! Everyone was super friendly & they got us out of a huge bind as we were on a road trip states away from home when our tire went flat!
Our car was packed to the brim, with four teenagers in tow, and we were headed over the pass for a family vacation when we discovered a nail in our tire. We needed help quickly, before the end of the workday, or we would have had to postpone our trip. After calling nine different repair shops in town and being told no one could help us, we called Big O Tires, and they saved our family road trip! I had such an amazing experience at this place. I had a screw in my tire that ended up shredding it while I was on the highway on my way to Durango. It was so scary. I was able to put my spare on but since it was a donut spare I wasn’t able to go very fast or very far on it. I was luckily a 20 minute drive to this Big O Tire in Salida. They were so unbelievably amazing!! They measured the tires on my all wheel drive and gave me the one that was an appropriate size so that I didn’t have to get all four changed.
