Great customer service; friendly; had a nail in the sidewall of my tire and they replaced my tire. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
I came in with Honda Odyssey a/c blowing warm up front but cold in the back. They performed an evac and recharge ($230) which did not solve the problem so they started looking at other possibilities. I talked them out of $500 in parts and labor by helping them diagnose the true cause. They ordered an expansion valve and I came back the next day. They have to do another evac and recharge to change the expansion valve. It seems that I am paying twice for both an evac and recharge (which wasn't necessary) and shop hours to swap... read more
