Had a water pump replaced in a 2007 Chevy Colorado. Eveyone was very helpful and the work was done on time for a fair price.
I contacted the store and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Zach. We spoke about some issues I was experiencing with my vehicle and he had me bring my vehicle to the store. This is when I found out Zach is the store manager. Zach helped me through the entire process and it is very nice to see someone leading from front lines. Big O is very lucky to have a manager like Zach great example of professionalism and Big O will forever have my business because of Zach.
Gavin really cares about what your car needs. Very friendly and shows concern without pressing you for a decision. Power and Main in Mesa is the go-to place.
I am actually saddened at the level of service I received when I stopped here on a whim, worried, and a little scared having a flat. Thus badly in need of a tire, and opted to go here as opposed to other businesses on the same street and dear Heavenly Father I wish I had.
