I had a screw in my tire and went to a tire repair that cost and did not have nitrogen. (I just found out about it). The very nice lady called Big O tires and, the manager told her to send me over. They took me very quickly and were all very nice. I'd highly recommend this business.
I went to Big O Tires for an oil change and tire rotation, and I’m very thankful for the excellent customer service I received. The manager, Zach, told me that he needed to show me something important on my vehicle. He took me into the shop and showed me that both my right and left control arms were broken. He explained how serious the issue was, and honestly, I feel very fortunate that I had not been involved in an accident. I had a low tire warning. My car normally has sensors but they had all gone out. I call talked to Todd, he explained options said come by and he would take a look. So I got there we walked around the car, asked if I knew how to tell if I needed to replace the tires. I did and I also knew I was close to needing new tires. So we went in he showed me 3 or 4 kinds and I chose 1. So the guys got all 4 balanced on with new sensor. I was so happy feeling safe with new tires. I had a flat tire on my way home from work. I drove a couple of miles to a Big O tire store. I didn't have an appointment but they helped me, repaired my tire and had me on my way in less than an hour. They did an excellent job.
