We've brought our cars into this shop several times over the last five years for tires and brakes. They have always been courteous and professional. They give us options, but never pressure, or "upsell" us. Prices are excellent (about 60% of dealer quote). Today, I was a walk in, needed two new brakes. In and out in less than an hour.

Dealt with this particular shop a couple of years ago and did not have any problems. The staff did the job they were supposed to do and at a fair price. Recently took a vehicle there again and realized that the service has gone way downhill. Not sure how they were able to assemble such a think tank of super incompetent individuals. I will never give them return service and found a couple exponentially better shops in the area.

We were in the San Diego area on vacation in July. My car was drifting on the trip over. (We bought new tires from our local Big O the week before). I took it in and Bryan Kelso, the store manager, had the tire techs take a look. The tires didn't appear to need a rotation or a balance. Bryan had the tech switch the tires from right to left, which fixed the pulling. No charge for the service and great timely service. Thanks!

Had a great experience overall. Jonathan the store manager was super professional and provided great customer service. After providing several quotes for me he was kind enough to price match and let me know it would take about an hour. They had the tires in stock and finished the job quickly. He also took the initiative to help find my wheel key so that I wouldn't have to get new lug nuts. He did not try and sell me anything else and I found him to be very honest.
