I know it looks like I am being lazy with the ratings but it reflects an actual experience with these guys. I bought a non-derivable bug that I took to this Big O. I dealt with Olin and he was incredible. After assessing the diesel bug they said that they could do the work but would feel much better about the amount of time and expertise for the multitude of problems the car had if it went to an actual VW dealership to have it worked on. Big O Tire is no longer at this location. When you call the number, it's just rings and rings. It would have been helpful if they put a message on saying they were no longer in business. It's a different company under new ownership now.
These guys kindly fixed my flat tire on Friday. There was some confusion on the cost and so they did it for free!! Great customer service. Thank you!
For most people going to an automotive repair shop is a dreaded event, however this Big O Tire eliminates the dread. We have used them for almost 10 years and have never been disappointed. About 4 months ago we had noise coming from the left front wheel, took it in and they diagnosed a bad wheel bearing, replaced it and we were on our way.
