The team at Big O Tires West Vancouver were amazing. We picked up a screw which punctured the tire during a road trip and luckily came across this fantastic tire company. They prioritised our repair and safely sent us on our way within the hour. They were very understanding of our situation, great to deal with and permanently fixed the issue. Thank you so much, we wishes we lived closer as we would use Big O for all our tire needs.
