Well deserved 5 stars with big o tires.. I had my suspension redone and needed a wheel alignment done. They were able to catch what could of developed into a huge safety issue with my inner tie rods (some things were lose in the reconstruction).. the price was very reasonable and I feel alot safer on the road knowing it's been checked.
Today my tire popped on a curb across the street in the parking lot, I was able to get the car over to them right away and within minutes they had the car assessed, and within an hour a new tire and had us on our way. The guys also helped me get some water for my dog who was in the car which was very appreciated in the heat! Thanks for your great service today... highly recommend!
Stopped in to get my tires Swapped and it only took 30 mins was blown away, staff was nice and even told me about what all was wrong with my vehicle 10/10
Wow. I'm so impressed with Deb's team. Emergency puncture and they were able to take my vehicle immediately. I was able to get going in less then an hour with a permanent plug and patch $50. HIGHLY recommended coming to Big O.
Big-O Tire on Albert St in Nanaimo is my go to shop for tires, struts, and other mechanical issues. The staff is great and go above the call of duty. The manager offers a person personal touch and takes care of even the smallest detail. The reception/office person is also very personable and professional. Great job, folks! Thanks a bunch!!! I just had my rear struts replaced and my 2001 Toyota Solara rides like new 🙏✨️
