Went in with a flat tire, they were able to patch the tire, even though it was in a tricky spot. Very friendly and efficient. Been going here for years, and they never disappoint! Definitely recommend.
Amazing service and good prices. Such wonderful caring people who tell you how it is. Watch out for tire vampires, maybe drive over some garlic before you travel.
I brought my car into Big O in September, to get new front tires on for the winter months, and when I left I had now been left with a noise coming from the front driver side, I wasn't sure if it was from something on their end or just a coincidence. I wasn't going to be driving though soon as I had an upcoming surgery and figured it was only minor sounding so I'd wait until I was driving again after my surgery. Typically anything to do with my tires I go to Big O for, but now I'm very skeptical about doing so. In September or October I had gotten new tires on the front so I had good tires for winter, despite knowing I had surgery right after Halloween which meant I wouldn't be driving for an unknown amount of time. Now, Big O did a fine job.
