Excellent mechanics! Efficient, trustworthy and gave great customer service. I was able to book my car in for a wheel allignment on the day and then after diagnostics they also repacked the wheel bearings that same day. They highlighted and fixed issues that had been poorly repaired at my previous mechanic. Near closing time I came to Big O to get some air in my tire, this young gentleman did not hesitate to unravel the air hose and put air in my tire. When I got off work, I saw my driver side tire needed air. Thank you! I'm coming back at 7am to get my tire fixed. It's the little things that count and I appreciate they were very helpful regardless that I showed up 10 mins to closing. Great customer service thank you!
They don’t care who you are, they will waste your time regardless. Twice I have gotten an alignment here. Both times they took longer than needed to do the procedure. I waited until after 300pm for them to be done with the service, when I was one of the first five customers in the store that day. The same thing occurred on my second visit. Will now search for a different place to take my business and money.
Took my vehicle for service. Only to when it was time to pick the vehicle they caused damages. Convinced my wife that she had to pay for their mistake. Now only to find out there's more damages to my vehicle. The fact that they charged us over $1000 but they also made mistakes and charged us another $400 on top for what they did wrong. And now I'm finding more of their mistakes. Only thing their good for is selling tires and nothing else
