I’m giving five stars so the algorithm will show it. Came in today at 9:00 for a couple new tires and an oil change. Tires weren’t available, but they ordered them and will arrive on Tuesday. No big deal. Two other customers came in about 30 minutes to an hour after me and they decide to start working on them before mine. It took them over two hours just for them to start working on my oil change and then another hour and a half until they were done only for the mechanic to claim “he didn’t know I was waiting for that long.”... read more
Life savers. Got a flat tire while moving, they were able to get me patched and on the road in 10 minutes. Absolute heros, incredibly nice.
I want to like this place, Cheyden talks a good customer support game. Asked them do a thorough check on a recently purchased diesel. I asked them to throw in a 5th wheel brake harness, thinking they knew how to do that. Not only did they charge me $200 for a plug and play part that’s readily available for $20-80, they charged me an hour of labor for their mechanic to splice and solder into my existing wires, ruining the integrity of my old harness when you can literally just plug an adapter in and route your new plug.
