Driving from LA to Denver and my tire was bubbling. Came to big o tires and Chayden & team were not only so friendly — they were also extremely knowledgeable and made me feel confident in their recommendations and abilities. I’m giving five stars so the algorithm will show it. Came in today at 9:00 for a couple new tires and an oil change. Tires weren’t available, but they ordered them and will arrive on Tuesday. No big deal. Two other customers came in about 30 minutes to an hour after me and they decide to start working on them before mine. It took them over two hours just for them to start working on my oil change and then another hour and a half until they were done only for the mechanic to claim “he didn’t know I was waiting for that long.”... read more
