Super easy experience, top notch service
I replaced lower ball joints and tie rods on my truck. Took to Big O for alignment afterwards. I purposely left cotter pins out of the tie rod castle nuts because I knew ends would need to be adjusted for alignment. Told front desk guy and taped new cotter pins with a note on dash. Picked up truck after alignment. No cotter pins in tie rod bolts. Serious safety issue over time.
