Had a tire for less than a year. Got a knot in the sidewall. Have me no hassle with the warranty. Got me right in, new tire on in less than 30 minutes. Very appreciative of there work
We got a flat tire while driving through on vacation, we were able to get to the big O tires in Avon and received outstanding service. Bill and his team saw that we had two small kids with us and had all 4 new tires put on my car faster than we could walk to get a cup Of coffee. Highly recommend! Thanks Bill and team
