Edny and Tadeo were fantastic today at Big O Tires. I came in worried about a low battery message, with the red warning light, and they quickly checked, reset, and fixed everything needed. They were helpful, professional, and had a great attitude. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend this location!
I had a leak in my tire, but I couldn't get away from work during Big O's business hours. They let me drop off my car after hours and called me the very next day to come pick it up. Thank you guys for working around my schedule!
Its always hit and miss with this company. They over filled my tires after mounting them and set off the tire preasure warning, I had to return to have them adjust the presure. There is now a new vibration at 70mph that I didn't have before they mounted the tires. I'm assuming they didn't balance the tires or didn't do it corectly.they charged me $200 to remove tires from the rims they were currently on and put them on the car. Back in Paonia where we live they charge $100 for the same service. I use big O as a last resort.
