These Employees are all friendly, knowledgeable and honest! This is a reliable place to take your vehicles for all maintenance, repairs, or tires!
Wonderful service! I had an issue with one of tires losing air and the staff helped me on the spot! Bill was very warm and efficient, and I was so blessed to have pulled into Big O in Avon.
Walked in and had alignment done right away
Shoutout to Big O for knowing what they're doing. Unlike Walmart, they didn't sheer off any lug studs and then lie about it. Staff were all friendly and professional. Also didn't push back at all on the wheels/tires that I brought in, and performed a proper alignment and brake job. I am very satisfied and will definitely return here for future tire jobs. Buyer beware: AVOID WALMART AUTO CARE CENTER!
Id recommend. Always fast friendly service. Worth every penny
