This tire shop can't do anything right, make sure you mark your tires before the rotation/ balance... because they might not rotate them, and check for new weights because they might not balance them. I got home and noticed a lug was missing so I called them, they said the lug must have fallen off so it's my problem. The owners don't care. I let them know and they sent me Big O marketing crap. This tire shop will cost you in money, time, and effort beyond what you think you're saving.
Adrian and team always take great care of me. I was in the other day and I thought I had two issues with my TEP sensors. Adrian came out and told me only one sensor was broken. They always do great work and awesome turnaround. Very happy to have these guys in my back yard. Thank you!
Joel and the ENTIRE TEAM at Big O Tires Avon (in Eagle Vail) are ALWAYS ready to help you with your concerns, and fix your vehicles correctly! Every Time I walk in, I am greeted with a smile. These Employees are all friendly, knowledgeable and honest! This is a reliable place to take your vehicles for all maintenance, repairs, or tires!
Will never come back here again!!!! Was told 1.5 hours for oil and rotation. Decided to wait as a result. Now at over 3 hours and still not done! Ridiculous, should have never come here!
