Needed a slow leak in my tire looked at a few days ago. First place I went said it would be a few days, they do major mechanical work too so maybe that was the reason. Second place maybe could have it done by 6 pm but no guarantees, it was about 12:45. Decided to go one more place Big O Tires Osage Beach. Excellent decision. Big O is a great place for quick tire service. 09 CTS was ready for tread . My edited review now addresses their Reluctance to address the dashboard alerts ; Tire monitor , pressure indicator , and a general lack of diagnostic education regarding cadillac repair. I called at 11:00 a.m. and was told to be there by 2:00 p.m. I was also told the service would take about an hour when I got there, which seemed odd since I was only getting an oil change but people can be busy so I understand. Even with that estimate, it still took approximately an hour and 35 minutes to complete not too far off the hour quote. I brought my grandfather’s GMC Terrain to Big O Tires in Osage Beach for a last-minute oil change, and they got me in and back on the road much faster than I expected. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful , and professional. They answered my questions directly and kept the whole process moving without making me feel rushed or brushed aside.
