Recently I had experienced arguably the worst car experience I have had thus far. I have been going to Big O' Tires in Osage Beach for roughly seven years and have only had attentive and pleasant experiences in both maintenence and customer service towards me. Absolutely outstanding service and kindness. My mother recently came in with a tire issue and expected a stressful experience, but the team took incredible care of her and even patched the tire at no charge. She has recently had to take on more of these types of tasks on her own, and they were patient, respectful, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process.
