I have purchased Big O tires for years on all of my vehicles (5). I buy Big O tires mainly because of the warranty. Welp, today I was in need of that warranty with a nail ( or puncture of some sort) in a rear tire. Stopped in at the Trinidad store and was informed they were 2 hours out for service. Ok, I can wait or come back. At that point I'm informed they can't make same day appointments so it would be tomorrow at the first chance for repair. Great people and great service. Prices are fair. Work is quick and accurate
This was the 3rd or 4th time my van was in for tire rotation/balance. The tire pressures were not adjusted afterwards. Therefore, the front tires are overinflated and the rear are underinflated. This location has declined in quality over the last 3-5 years. That appears to be as they have lost, or gotten rid of, staff.
Super friendly and courteous service. Fixed a flat on our RV. While they were moderately busy, they got us in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend.
Driving thru and they fit me in within an hour for oil change. Good customer service. Walkable to Wendy's and Walmart and gas station
