Excellent service, minimal wait time. Staff from management to employees friendly, courteous, professional.
Had an appointment at 11 they didn’t finished my till 4 really 5 hours I called at 2 they said it would be ready at 3 went up there at 3 it still wasn’t ready they try to tell me they got busy well what’s to he purpose of setting up an appointment then shouldn’t of I gotten taken care of first.
I've only been here once, to get a 4 wheel alignment_ the staff was friendly and fun, the alignment was perfect and the wait was about right at 45 minutes
Great experience here at Big o Tires. Carlos and Levi were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They took care of my vehicle quickly and made sure everything was done right. Really appreciated how helpful everyone was. I would definitely recommend them for all tire needs.
