About 15 years ago i had a bad experience with this big-o and did not go there until today when i had an emergency tire defect and everywhere else was closed this weekend! They were 15 minutes till closing and had the tire i needed in stock. The man working said they would not close until they were able to replace my tire!! As i was extremely grateful for that and highly impressed another family came in right before they closed and said their ac was not working(temp outside was 109). Got me in and out quick, decent price...
Traditionally ladies have a hard time when they have car problems… Anyways, I have to say that the staff here was very transparent very honest, even took photos of things to show me, went above and beyond and even fixed errors from another station no charge to me! I don’t think that’s enough, kind things to say about them, always smiling when you come in, I’ve never walked in and not been greeted even when they’re busy, they offer drinks and have a very clean showroom floor, just an amazing place to go for any of your car ne... read more
