Place is ridiculous, if I didn’t buy my tires here and needed to get them rotated and warranty I would never come back. I make appointments for simple oil change and tire rotation and they are always over booked and takes half a day for my vehicle back. I made an appointment my vehicle should have priority over those you take in on the fly. This is a recurring problem with this store.
Thanks to Jeremy for all your help we would’ve know what to do with out your help
The staff were amazingly helpful. Got a puncture while passing through town. Jerry at the front desk was really helpful. The entire team went out of their way to get me back on the road.
We had a flat tire in Ozarks the day before our 7 hour drive back to Chicago! Jeremy at Big O was amazing, helping us to obtain a tough to find tire and getting us in the road the same day! Amazing service!
Appointments are pointless. Waited 45 mins from my appointment time and still didn’t have my car taken back. They acted like they didn’t even know I had an appointment but I have email confirmations. Extremely frustrating.
