They’ve gone a lot more downhill since new management. Used to be the Best Tire and Maintenance Shop around, now they seem to prioritize billables while missing or skipping the little things that used to make them great - even things as simple as filling up the tires, cleaning oil when they spill it in the car, etc…
Would not perform an alignment on my truck because they “trough some parts out “not allowing for alignment.
Felipe was a big help in everything I needed. From helping me with the right tires and an oil change!!
I had an amazing experience at Big O Tires. I was aided by Felipe who was quite efficient with making sure I had everything I needed replaced in order to safely drive my car. He took his time with explaining exactly what he was doing and why as well as keeping in mind my budget when fixing my car. I will definitely be going back.
