Wonderful experience! The gentleman working the counter, Felipe, was on point. He was so next level when it came to quality customer service, it blew me away. There were 3 people in line before me and 2 behind me, with less than an hour till closing. But because of his extensive scope of detailed job product knowledge he helped each of us efficiently and with a friendly, calm demeanor. This has been the best tire shop I’ve been to yet. I’ve had several vehicles of which I’ve needed to replace tires, and coming here to work with Felipe has been fantastic! He went out of his way to help me even after a couple of issues from suppliers. Josh and Moose, the mechanics are awesome as well! They went through an extensive inspection and let me know of work that will need to be done but didn’t push anything like other shops would. I’ll keep coming back to these guys! Much better than any other tire shop in town.
Very pleased with the honesty & service that was done to my car, will definitely be returning back for future services.
