Update - they continue to impress with their customer service - great communication and really pleasant to deal with. My most recent visit it was Juan who helped me, but always a good experience. Original Review -> A more challenging install than most - wire wheels. I left them with Big O for 24 hours and picked them up all done. Great communication and very helpful and friendly. Would use again

Great customer service
Big O tires was fantastic. I called them at 5pm and they were able to bring me in at 5:30 and get my car back to me by 6. The desk guy, Juan, was very friendly and helped explain what my car needed. He also asked the mechanic to stay a bit late to help the last few customers. They really helped me out today and got a lasting customer.
UNHONEST. They were unable to provide the before alignment numbers so I have no choice to assume that the alignment was unnecessary and that they scammed me. I will not be returning here ever again. Va fa Napoli
