very helpful staff, explained issues clearly and very helpful in developing a plan to fix problem with minimum use of my time and reasonable financial impact.
Really grateful for these guys - didn’t know there was a tire store so close. The store is dark from the outside so I never knew it was functional. In an emergency and rush and they were able to help me out in a calm and friendly demeanor with a tire. Shout out to Chris and Andrew for assessing the tire and damage quickly. Went for a simple oil change. Terrible service. Bad work and customer service. The manager does not care about the customers. They guy knew we were waiting - even told me he saw us waiting for hours - yet never tried to get us taken care of. The main issue? Their mechanic stopped working on our truck because they don’t carry supplies in stock and have to order them in. A simple oil change.
