I had a great experience dealing with Sean from Big O Tires when I got stuck at the Complex with a flat tire today. Sean personally came to inflate my tire, took my car, left me his own truck until I was done working. I am grateful for his help in my predicament and trusting me with his truck (!!) until my car was ready for pick-up. He went out of his way to help me in an unusual situation and gave me excellent service and a great deal on tires. Highly recommend this business!
BEWARE Sean is a SCAMMER. Quoted $2600 worth of work that my car doesn't actually need. It didn't add up; my car wasn't exhibiting the symptoms it should be if needing replacement for all of the parts quoted. Upon getting a second inspection from a different mechanic, it turns out there were rocks caught up and that's what was making the clunking sounds (sounds that disappeared as soon as the mechanic got all the rocks out).
