Great service as always! This is the place to take your car, truck or SUV. Super friendly, helpful, and no pressure sales. Very knowledgeable and if you have to wait nice cool lounge to wait in.
2x this year I went to this big o tires for a simple oil change and nothing else. 2x this year i have walked out spending upwards of $900, the first was $1200. Also their experts could not fix a broken door latch last year despite assuring me they could. My unlicensed neighbor fixed the latch. Additionally, I find it upsetting when I'm told my vehicle will be ready in an hour and without explanation it becomes 4 hours. Not kidding. Maybe go elsewhere.
I had a blowout on my way home from work so I had my car towed to this Big O Location. Wow! What an amazing experience. LJ greeted me right away and made me feel totally comfortable. They got my vehicle in the bay extremely quickly and got the tire mounted promptly. I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Huge kudos to LJ and crew!
LJ has assisted in servicing my car for years and is always superb! Every single time I have an appointment, he gets to me right away and gives me updates throughout the entire process. He consistently communicates to the staff in the bays working on my vehicle and stays honest with me on what needs to be done and what can wait.
