I stopped by Big On Tires in Longmont thus morning for a screw that was in my tire and was greeted/helped by Cris G. He was friendly and attentive. I had a small child with me, Cris was patient and understanding. I've been going to this location for many years and have always received outstanding customer service. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
Big O in Longmont is the only place I go for my car. They always take care, are honest and dont sell you anything you dont need. Bill was outside, greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help. Thank you Big o and Bill!!
Bill and the team at BigOTires treated me wonderfully and did a great job helping me get new tires and an alignment on my new car. Very much recommend them and this location.
