Everytime I come into Big-O Tire here in Longmont, I am treated like a Queen! It's been a 12-year long relationship with Big O and Bill is the best! He is always on top of my tires, rotation and oil changes.

I had a flat tire in my Highlander last week, and my husband took the car down to Big O In longmont the next morning. They ordered the right tires and they came in that afternoon as promised. We were back on the road by the next day. My shout out to Bill, who took really good care of my car and quick service for my husband Mark. Thank you Big O and Bill
These employees are very incompetent! I was told my car needed some repairs; made an appointment and brought it in. They had said it was going to be about 2 hrs... they had promised to call when car was ready, which they never did. After almost 5 hrs, I called to find out; turns out that the car didn't need any repairs at all (according to the "Mechanics"). They didn't even care to give me a ring to tell me about it so I could go back and get the car. Instead, they left my car in their lot and didn't care about it. BAD custo... read more
Very friendly and honest service and convenient hours. I am thankful they are open on Saturdays. It can take a long time if you wait with your vehicle but they have safety in mind when they reccomend repairs. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. I buy all of my tires here now even if they are cheaper elsewhere. I highly recommend big o brand tires because the warranty and services provided are top notch.
