Tire Patch Discount said they would be 2 hours before even touching my vehicle. That wasnt going to work as I was needing to get back on the road. Came over here and even though they were busy they rolled a jack out to the parking lot and had me back on the road in 30 mins. Excellent service.
Came by at 5:15 with a donut and needing a tire, was turned away despite them having no customers because they didn't feel like helping me. As a result the donut blew off and I ended up stranded on the side of the highway a few minutes later. Discount Tire helped me out during the emergency and will be my top choice going forward.
Really appreciate this shop fitting my Lexus in last minute at the end of the day for an alignment that both Discount Tire and Brakes plus claimed they couldn’t do or tried to upsell me on $3k in repairs I didn’t need. Big O was honest, quick and got the alignment done right. Thank you!!
