Exceptional service! Was on a road trip heading back to San Francisco when I hit a deer late at night on the highway and damaged the passenger side control arm and tie rod. Called these guys up first thing next morning and they were able to get my car fixed and back on the road before noon. Shout out to DJ for being an awesome service rep!
This Big O store is exemplary and outstanding! We stopped in on a busy Saturday afternoon and they fit us in to the rotation. Our car a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness was making a horrible scraping sound from the right rear wheel well while we're driving around Flagstaff. I told the manager , DJ about our situation and he told us to park in a slot and handed him the key. Logan was amazing to work with! He and the guys got my tire repaired and I was back on the road very quickly!!
We woke up to a tire with a slow leak, of course right before a big trip. We came in to Big O Tires , and DJ took care of us. Super fast, and very affordable. You can trust them! We highly recommend them.
