Steve at Big O Tires is the most amazing guy! I was on a cross country trip, when I lost the lock nut on my tire after getting a flat tire and putting on the spare tire. So I had a tire to put on the car, I just couldn't get any of the tires off, because I lost the lock nut. Steve got me all straight, and took care of me like I was family!
