I had a really disappointing experience at this Big O Tires location. The person I dealt with had a horrible attitude — completely unaccommodating, dismissive, and honestly made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. What made it worse was the casual homophobic and racially insensitive remarks that were brushed off with excuses when I spoke up. No one should have to tolerate that kind of behavior not from anyone, especially not in a place of business. Do better.
Only reason not five had to wait two and a half hours 4 2 tires
