Will was fantastic!!! Got a tire patch done in under 30 minutes!
I asked for a simple investigation to see if my tire had a nail in it nothing more. They repaired the tire and Wil Cancanon the manager covered it free of charge! These guys are awesome! I know where to get my tires serviced from here on out!
Pulled up to grab some A&W, heard a hissing sound from my back left tire. Got out my jack, popped off the tire, rolled it over to Big O and asked if they could throw a plug in the tread. "Give me 20-30 minues" they said... before my rootbeer float came out they had my tire fixed and a "Have a nice day! This one's on us". Not all heros wear capes, this turned my day of cascading misfortune around.
These guys were quick to help when we picked up a nail in a nearby parking lot and didn't have a plug kit with us. Highly recommend.
