Went in for new tires, was not made aware of an additional tire alignment fee until after the service was complete. Although I was willing to pay, and would have agreed had I been aware ahead of time anyway, Nicholas took the charge off to make the transaction clean. It also took about 1.5 hours instead of the 45 minutes I was told over the phone, but I think most of that was the additional tire alignment process, so makes sense.
They patched my tire for free of charge and super quick! Also they explained me all details thoroughly! Nicholas Ingle the front store person, was super quick in scheduling me and getting me in!
