I have been going to this store for a few years when I have needed tires. Back when Jesse was in the store. Always was a good experience never had any complaints. Last couple of times I have visited whole new front staff. This past saturday took my wifes car to get a flat repair done, the screw was on the line of being fixed or to close to the sidewall. Manny the tech and Tristan the sales advisor were able to get my car in and out so quickly for a tire rotation. Excellent service!
I went in to get a new set of all-season tires and Jackey immediately pointed me in the right direction, finding me great quality tires while keeping me within my budget. The tires came in really quickly and I was able to get the service done that day with no troubles. I had a seamless experience and will absolutely recommend the store and Jackey!
I made an appointment the same day online to get my tires rotated and aligned. There was a bit of a miscommunication that I was waiting for my car, but that was quickly remedied. Jackey is a great employee and in the most positive way, it seems like this team has fun at their jobs.
