I needed to have a wheel changed out on my Highlander. The service was performed on Saturday morning in around an hour even though they had all of their bays full. The price? FREE! Thanks Big O!
This franchise will tell you that you “have to buy 4 new tires” assuming you have a credit card or a phone that can scan a QR code… if you don’t have the money for 4 new tires (or the time they quote, plus 45 minutes) then I recommend the big o franchise a few miles to the east who would’ve replaced my tire… so long as I buy 2 (and wait til the afternoon)
Very good service and staff are professionals. Had tire repaired in less then 30 minutes. Friendly environment and has services for oil, breaks and others too. Will Definitely be my go to shop in the future. Thanks!
