Great customer service.
Got new tires put in a few weeks back, was told I needed a ligament. Totally understandable as I want the times to stay in good shape. Scheduled alignment for today and asked to have my headlight bulbs replaced since one was burnt out. Was told the bulbs were $55 after markup since they don’t stock them. Said that’s cool I get paying a markup to put them in. Was NOT told it was going to cost $76.91 to install 2 headlight bulbs. Asked the guy at checkout and he said he didn’t know it was going to cost that either. Like I said... read more
