Came here to edit my review since I am unable to respond to the company's ridiculous response on my other review. I brought in my vehicle due to a leak, now I understand diagnostic fee is $200, which was NOT disclosed upfront in total, but I was told there would be a fee, $200 is overpriced but not so crazy that it would turn me away. Now what wasn't disclosed that in order to get a DIAGNOSTIC on the leak that my car would need to be disassembled. Now I want to make this VERY CLEAR there was no reason for you to disassemble ... read more
