Do not take your vehicle to any of these stores, ever. Calling them lairs and thieves is an understatement. I am sitting on a bill for $3000 of work they did not do correctly or at all. Handed my Suburban back to me knowing I was heading across country having done my plugs and wires so poorly I was misfiring on 4 of 8 cylinders.

Took my 2001 Lincoln town car because it would pull to the left and right hard to keep it my lane they replace both lower ball joint and steering box and the car still doing the same thing charged me 1500 dollar and I took it back two days later they said they can’t find anything wrong but when you on the highway doing 70 are 80 miles it would pull to the left and right.so I took it back again today they said racked pinning is bad and they want to charge me again for the same problem I paid them the first time to fix somethi... read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! BIG O TIRES HAS BIG PROBLEMS, FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. MY TRUCK SITS DEAD BECAUSE OF IT. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Here is my experience: I scheduled and brought my truck in for a coolant flush, tire rotation, and a patch on the right rear tire in Nov. 2017. After getting back from a trip, we come back to a flat tire, and leaked coolant everywhere. Upon inspection, the tire that needed a patch is not patched, and the tires were never rotated.
