Disappointed & Frustrated If I could give zero stars I would! We had a deeply disappointing experience at Big O Tires involving the store manager, Samuelito Luna. Despite having a road hazard warranty, our claim was denied based on an incorrect tread depth measurement. Samuelito told my daughter to "go home and show her dad how to measure a tire," using a clearly inaccurate method that benefits the store. I have had a great experience with Big O Tires in Nampa. They have been able to get me in at reasonable times, and work fast, I feel they get things done in a timely manner. I have to thank the crew in the back that do all the oil changes, im sure it can get super busy back there, but keep going at it, I havent been turned away and am thankful for that. Sam has been great when greeting customers, and taking his time with them if they have questions.
No bad words from me. But I did get have a problem with the one on 16th street in Boise. They did the alinement but they messed up badly. When I got the Mitsubishi endeavor back my steering was like I was turning went around the block and I returned the vehicle back to them 6 minutes later and said I can't drive it like this. The steering was like I was turning left. So I will not go back to them on 16th street at all. I had a buddy work for them and he was the boss. So when he left. Good people, got me in quick. Even after having to go get the tires, they were fast. They also checked my truck for any other needs.
